The location, just up the road from the market and close to the river, is convenient for exploring the city. The staff provide great attention to detail, as seen in the clean and comfortable rooms with big windows on the third floor, offering bright and airy spaces. The breakfast, which includes yogurt, is a delightful start to the day.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

While our stay at the hotel was only for one night it was a pleasant one. It was handy to where the buses came and went from, and fairly central to eating areas. We were happy with the room we had, which was large and comfy, albeit a bit dated in decor, but it actually suited the overall style of the hotel. The staff are lovely even if not all can speak a lot of English. They helped us sort out our bus for the following day. And were happy to have our breakfast held a bit later for us that morning so we could sleep in.

Nice location, just a couple of blocks from the bus station
When I booked it said breakfast was included, but the next line said breakfast was $3. Found out at check out that it was included. How sad. The couple that owns it is very nice though.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The location, just up the road from the market and close to the river, was perfect for exploring the town. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the rooms with big windows on the third floor, were adequate and the air conditioning made my stay pleasant. The breakfast, which included yogurt, was a nice touch and gave me a great start to the day.
All was fine during my stay.

Bus ticket cheaper if bought in the hotel than in the ticket counter
We did stay in the hotel 2 nights. The first one has been charged at the price booked from Booked.net (20 usd) The second night have been proposed at the same price but by coincidence we did talk with the previous customer which did stay the night before in the same room we slept....that paid only 9 usd!!!! Conclusion after a negotiation we paid the second night 10 dollars with breakfast included

Spent New Year's Eve at a great hotel in Battambang! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel has a great location, offering easy access to all the tourist attractions. I especially enjoyed the tuk-tuk tour arranged by the hotel, which was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.
The breakfast menu was a bit limited and could have been better. Also, the hotel could have used better mosquito control measures in the rooms. Despite these minor issues, we had an enjoyable stay overall.

The Asia looked to be one of the better options in Battambang and they were doing some painting and repairs so it should get better. It was very clean and only a short walk from the centre (you need a tuk-tuk to get to the big sites of Battambang). Breakfast was good but supplies run out for late risers.
No elevator if that matters.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We were impressed by the spaciousness of our room and its grand furnishings. the hotel had strong Wi-Fi signal and good cable TV channels. the breakfast selection was satisfying, especially the muesli and fruit. We also enjoyed the excellent coffee! the location required a tuk-tuk ride to restaurants and attractions, but the hotel staff were helpful in arranging transportation. We found the countryside tour and bamboo train to be really enjoyable.
The bathroom had a wet room type shower which made it difficult to keep dry.

Very close to the bus stops of most companies. I was upgraded to a family room so everything was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Organised night at circus and boat ticket to Siem Reap and provided a takeaway breakfast for our early morning departure.
Internet connection on the 3rd floor was not good. OK down in the restaurant. My room over looking the street was a bit noisy early in the morning.

I chose Asia hotel for its convenient location near the attractions I wanted to visit. The fact that they have a snack bar/deli and dry cleaning services was a pleasant surprise. I particularly enjoyed my lunch at Royal Mini Restaurant, which served delicious regional cuisine. The availability of a terrace, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a restaurant added to my overall satisfaction. being close to various dining options made it convenient for me to explore the local food scene. The daily English breakfasts were a great start to my day.
Battambang's old buildings were expected. Asia's adequacy was just fine.

Very central. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast coffee was very good.
No lift. Extremely strange bathroom layout, showers points straight at the sink. Room was not made up until requested, then the top sheet disappeared. Limited breakfast options.
